Weather App
Create a weather app that is suited towards landscaping and outdoor businesses, is easy to navigate and gives precise current and future weather forecasts.

Information
The first step to creating the app is researching the information that landscapers need. Landscapers' production relies heavily on the weather forecast and the little intricacies. It is also important to know wind speeds and directions, sunrise and sunset, uv index, and exact amounts of precipitation.

Layout and Design
The layout and design are what takes the most time for an app that needs to be fit for a phone and to be easy to read at a glance. The font, colors, and layout are what makes the app usable for every person from the CEO to the landscape worker. It took many different layout attempts to find the one that fit for this purpose.

Layout and Icons
I knew I wanted color that coordinated with the weather and for it to follow a natural landscape view. For the icons I played around with a lot of unique and then standard visuals, some that worked and others that were not obvious enough on first glance.

Editing and Completion
After many layouts, colors, icons, fonts and descriptions, the final mockups were eye catching and very easy to read and navigate. The "horizon" blended with natural colors made an easy transition from day to week and the icons are colorful and bold, yet simple to understand.
